Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a sub-committee of the HOA and is made up of at least two members. These members approve or disapprove proposals submitted by the residents in the neighborhood. The ACC goes over proposals every third Sunday of each month. The decisions made by the ACC are dependent solely on the covenants allowance for certain proposed projects. Each HOA member must submit the proposal based on the covenant guidelines.
